Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is Dienes László, operating Scryze Production, based in Halásztelek, Hungary.

What data we process

We only process personal data that is reasonably necessary to run this website and respond to enquiries. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

  • Contact form: name, email address, and the message you choose to send.
  • Analytics: usage data collected through Google Analytics after you accept cookies (for example pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type).
  • Cookies: a consent preference stored in your browser, and analytics cookies if you accept them.
  • Technical logs: standard server and security logs that hosting providers may keep (such as IP address and request time).

Contact form

The contact form sends your message by email through Formspree, a third-party form delivery service. We use it only to receive and reply to enquiries.

We do not store contact form submissions in a database on this website. Messages are delivered to our email inbox via the form provider. Formspree may process data according to its own privacy policy while transmitting your submission.

Please do not send sensitive personal data (such as health or financial information) unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (for example which pages are viewed and how users navigate). Analytics scripts load only after you accept cookies in the cookie banner.

We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing, or profiling for ads on this site. Analytics is used for basic website statistics only.

Google may process data in the United States or other countries. You can read more in Google’s privacy documentation and use browser tools or opt-out extensions if you wish to limit analytics tracking.

Cookies

We use cookies only for analytics (after consent) and basic website functionality, including remembering your cookie choice. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Embedded and external content

Some pages may show embedded videos or social content, or link to external platforms (for example Instagram, YouTube, or client websites). When you interact with embedded content or follow an external link, that third party may collect data under its own rules.

We do not control how external sites process personal data. We recommend reviewing their privacy information before sharing personal details with them.

How long we keep data

Contact emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up business communication, then deleted or archived according to normal business practice.

Cookie consent is stored in your browser until you clear site data or change your choice.

Analytics retention follows the settings in our Google Analytics account (typically limited periods for event data). Server logs depend on our hosting provider’s retention.

Your rights

If GDPR or comparable law applies to you, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise your rights, email hello@scryze.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data handled through this site. No online transmission is completely secure; please use the contact form responsibly.

Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy policy when the website or legal requirements change. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version.
