Custom System
About the collaboration
A custom internal system was developed for Signify, formerly Philips Lighting, to digitalize their 5W1H-based issue management workflow. The previous paper-based process was replaced with an online platform that supports issue registration, responsible person assignment, deadline tracking, approval flows and clearer internal communication. The system is usable on both tablets and desktop devices, with role-based access, status management, action points and reporting capabilities.
